PBs twisty take on the top five headlines of the day.

1. After 24-Hour Break, Uttarakhand Back To President’s Rule

If SC refuses, will it not amount to constitutional crisis because, President was forced to sign a wrong proclamation of President’s Rule on advice of Council of Ministers. Hence nation looses faith is such council of ministers?
It seems that people of India are divided vertically in the center whether to support or oppose the BJP Government. It seems now that even Courts are equally divided.

2. In J&K, no government document archived since 1985

Jammu and Kashmir Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu asked departments to archive all cabinet decisions since 1985 as the state government has not archived a single order for the last 31 years. A very appalling action on behalf of the J&K government.

3. CPI-M Blames Mamata For Poll Violence in Bengal

Two CPI(M) workers killed on Friday allegedly by Trinamool Congress workers in post-poll violence at Lodhna in Burdwan district triggering a blame game between political rivals in West Bengal. Violence is always a predicament in India whenever something important is taking place.

4. Swamy, Sidhu, Among BJP’s Nominees for Rajya Sabha

If Swamy is nominated, once again we can see the fire brand speech and all the wits in the RS, with many veterans keeping either silent or in agitated will get a proper and prompt response in Swamy’s talks.
Everyone anticipates more interesting Rajya Sabha debates.

5. Rahul Gandhi Holds ‘Chane Pe Charcha’ in Amethi

Somebody conduct “pani pe charchey” , 1/3 of India is dying of thirst.
It is true that the 2017 UP elections are important for the media but they should also be covering the 2016 Tamil Nadu and Kerala elections equally and not be blindsided by random news.

PBs twisty take on the top five headlines of the day.

1. Government rolls back decision on tightening PF withdrawal norms

It can be avoided before without bringing such stringent move it also spoiled NDA govt image by salaried class peoples.
In the end, who got benefited from this worst Idea, people got angry and loss the trust against the ruling Government.

2. Ishrat case: Cong accuses BJP of obstructing trial

All the new revelation should also be included in the trial. Congress very well knows if Ishrat proved to be terrorist the outlook of the fake encounter will completely change.

3. UTTARAKHAND CRISIS -Why Didn’t Centre Wait for Uttarkhand Floor Test, Asks High Court

That is a fair question from HC, the Center should have waited. The court had on Monday observed that the state Governor should have “stayed his hands” while dealing with the Speaker over proceedings in the Assembly saying he (Speaker) is also a Constitutional authority and “any intrusion” into his freedom should be guarded.

4. Centre Considering Sealing of Indo-Bangla Border: Rajnath

Making a legitimate argument during the poll rally, Rajnath discussed the problem of immigration and fake currency and the immediate need to seal the Indo-Bangla border while maintaining friendly relations with our neighbor. This is what everyone wants right now.

5. Centre, state govt will work together to take J&K on development path: PM Modi

If anybody goes through Article 370 it will be noticed that it is in reality a boon to us. We are bound to keep defence, foreign affairs and communications. Rest is all with state. In short we are not bound to feed them.
Indian government invested so much tax payer money on Kashmir, the type of race or group of people they belong to particular belief for them development of their doesn’t matter. If you look at the history since division, all the Hindus left valley and only Muslim are left. Their philosophy and closeness is not to mainstream of India.

Battleground for Lok Sabha: Key Political Parties – National Conference

National Conference is regional party in the state of J&K. The party was formed in 1932 by Sheikh Abdullah father of Farooq Abdullah (current President of the party). It has dominated state politics post Independence. The party is a family fiefdom of Abdullahs for the past three generations.

Lately its hold has declined among the J&K population and it has formed govt. with the help of Congress. While father Farooq is a minister in UPA II, son Omar is the Chief Minister.

Under the scheme, all over India nearly 20000 educated youths were engaged as volunteers out of which in J&K, 8000 youths were engaged under Prime Ministers Special Employment package during 2010 unrest. These 8000 youths for J&K state which were deployed in 16 Govt. Departments on full time basis and they discharged their duties like other permanent state employees in those respective departments. National Youth Corps protest

NYCs worked in departments like Rural Development Department, Municipalities, Health Department, Education Department, Youth Services and Sports, Social Welfare Department. Inspite of their best work & their all efforts, Government did not recognized their services. After 2years the government neither disengaged NYC’s by any formal order nor extend their service. They left NYC’s high and dry. nor  they were made permanent at the posts they were working.

The NYCs left no stone unturned for saving their future and knocked each and every door which includes almost all MLCs, MLAs, Ministers, Secretaries, SOs. Besides this, NYCs made appointments with Union Ministers namely Jintrider Singh (Union Minister for YAS), Saifu-u-din Soz(MP) Lal Singh, Madan Lal Sharma, Gh.Nabi Azad, DGP NYK and they all directed us towards state and state redirected us to centre & vice versa. The resultant of this whole process was just that the NYCs made protests undergo hunger Strike on 27 may 2013 and on 9th day assurance was given by R. S. Chib Minstar for Youth Service & Sports and  Divender Rana Political Advisor Chief Mister but till now nothing has been done actually. Assurance remained assurance only. During current year NYC’s protest 30 times in Jammu as well as in Kashmir. In the current situation, the government is fulfilling vacant posts of J&K which are at least 80,000 vacancies lying vacant but NYCs are working from last 3 years on these vacant posts and they have desired qualifications experience and are well adjusted in respective departments than why not they be regularized against these vacancies.

The NYCs demands;

    1. Regular job or reasonable job policy for future
    2. Honorarium should made a part of salary.
    3. Govt should regularize NYC’s on same posts already deployed.
    4. Suitable raise in salary.)
